HOW MUCH DOES THE EVOKE WORKSHOP COST?
The two day Evoke Workshop is $950, payments will be divided into two equal payments. Included with your registrations is two full days of education, lunch both days of the workshop, hands-on learning, a beautiful destination photo shoot with gorgeous senior models, keynote presentations on the business of senior photography and more! Travel and transportation are NOT included.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Comfortable clothing and footwear. (This is a must!) We will be shooting on-location at Smith Rock. Bring footwear with closed-toes and good traction. I highly recommend that you dress in layers, jackets, sweatshirts, jeans, leggings, etc. Bring your preferred camera equipment, plenty of memory cards for all of the gorgeousness we'll be creating and a reflector, if you have one. If you'd like to edit your images during the workshop, be sure to bring your laptop and card reader, too!
ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! We will automatically divide your registration into two equal payments of $475 each. Upon registering for the Evoke Workshop, you will be prompted to make the first payment, securing your seat for the event. The retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be invoiced via email for the second payment on March 5th, 2021.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Registrations is non-refundable, unless the workshop is cancelled in Oregon, due to the pandemic or natural disaster. If cancelled, registration will be refunded in full. Lodging and transportation will not be refunded for any reason by Holli True.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
The Redmond Airport (RDM) is located near Eagle Crest Resort. The Portland International Airport (PDX) is another option, located about 2.5 hours north of Bend/Redmond or the Eugene Airport (EUG) is about 2 hours west.
WILL I NEED A CAR?
Yes, transportation is not included in your registration. Past attendees have teamed up to share the cost and have rented a car together- I highly recommend this! We will be driving out to Smith Rock in Terrebonne, Oregon, for our styled shoot with beautiful models, which is about twenty-five minutes from Eagle Crest Resort.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Eagle Crest Resort is LOADED with houses and condo rentals. In the past, attendees have shared lodging accommodations, which is very cost effective! Attendees will be added to a Facebook Group in January 2021, so all of the attendees can get connected and make plans for lodging and transportation for the event.
CAN I USE THE IMAGES I TAKE AT THE WORKSHOP FOR MY WEBSITE, MARKETING, ETC?
Yes! Absolutely! You can definitely use the images you take at the event for your website, marketing, promotional materials, business blog, etc. However, the images CANNOT be submitted for publication in-print in any magazines, contests, industry blogs or any other means. If you ever have any questions about this or are uncertain about how to use the images, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you: holli@hollitrue.com.

After you register for the Evoke Workshop, you will receive a confirmation email that your seat has been secured within 48 hours. You will also receive a Workshop Attendee Guide with additional information about the event, including local restaurants, places to visit while you're in Oregon and more.
A Facebook Group will be created for the attendees in January 2021, so attendees can get connected and make lodging and transportation arrangements. If you have additional questions, please email me at: holli@hollitrue.com.

To secure your seat, we require a non-refundable retainer be paid in full. Upon payment, you will officially be registered for our event.
50% of your full registration can be refunded until 60 days prior to the Evoke Workshop, excluding the non-refundable retainer. If within 60 days of the event, the registration fee cannot be refunded. Your payments will be converted to a credit and can be applied to another workshop/retreat within a rolling 12 month period, or it can be transferred to another person.
Registration & Refund Policy
Holli True cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated circumstances, such as: weather, natural disasters, pandemics, location/park closures, etc.
If a workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be issued for any tuition/retainer paid.
Travel fees WILL NOT be reimbursed for any reason.
